Hi, I’m Cassandra - the proud owner of Glamorous Goals, LLC. I started this business because I’ve always believed that a woman’s crown is more than just hair - it’s confidence, identity & presence. I realized how I felt personally & saw how differently women carried themselves when they felt put together, polished, & truly beautiful. I wanted to start something that allowed me to serve, uplift, & empower - all while expressing my creativity & love for glam. Glamorous goals was built on passion, faith, & the desire to make every client feel unforgettable. Glamorous Goals is also one goal out of many that I am determined to accomplish in my lifetime. This business represents growth, discipline, risk, & resilience. It represents stepping out on faith & building something from the ground up. Cancellation Policy
✨ Glamorous Goals Cancellation Policy ✨
To respect both my time and yours, please review the following booking policies:
• Deposits:
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit goes toward your final balance.
• Cancellations (24+ hours):
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Your deposit can be transferred to a new date (one time only).
• Late Cancellations (less than 24 hours):
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 30% cancellation fee.
• Same-Day Appointments:
All same-day bookings are final and non-refundable/non-transferable.
• Hair length requirement:
Your hair must be at least 3 inches long for us to provide our braiding services.
• Preparation for arrival:
Please prepare your hair by washing, blow-drying, and detangling before your appointment - we will not complete these steps for you.
• All sales are final:
We stand by the quality of our work. If you have an issue with your style within 2 days of your appointment, we will gladly fix it. After 2 days, we cannot be responsible for any issues.
